Eugenia's Guide for NLE HD Exporting in 720p

I discovered in the Vimeo forums that Eugenia Loli-Queru compiled a list of guidelines for exporting from the various video editing programs.

For example, if you have Song Vegas Platinum or Pro you can find out the best way to export the video so that the video looks good.

This list ranges from free to really expensive video editing software packages. To be clear, this are guides for exporting to Vimeo HD but it might help you with other video hosting services as well.
